Cititel Hotel Management (CHM) - is a successful home grown hotel management company and is continuing to seek opportunities in key Asian cities to build up its portfolio particularly in the three and four star categories.

In May 2007, CHM launched its 2nd brand name "Cititel Express". The former Standford Hotel along Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman in Kuala Lumpur was re-branded as a Cititel Express after undergoing an extensive upgrading programme on its 244 Standard, Superior and Deluxe Rooms including a new and vibrant all-day dining restaurant consisting of The Terrace, a Café Express, a new reception cum lobby and all function areas. The "Cititel Express" brand as compared to the rest, offers the basic essential frills and is truly a valued focus Hotel which is "Smart, Clean & Simple".

A well established hotel group offering warm and friendly services with a diverse range of accommodation, CHM is continuing its expansion with the soft launch of the 5-star The Gardens Hotel & Residences on March 03, 2008, strategically located at the upscale precinct of The Gardens in Mid Valley City. Other development plans include a major enhancement program on the MiCasa All Suite Hotel, Kuala Lumpur (re-open 2009), the Cititel Express, Kota Kinabalu (mid 2009), Cititel Express, Penang (end 2009), St Giles Makati, Manila (end 2009) and future projects in Ipoh, Johor Bahru, Bangkok, Vietnam and Sydney.

CHM’s Consulting & Management Scope encompasses Concept Development, Market & Feasibility Studies, Facility Planning, Marketing Strategies & Planning, Equipment & Product Selection and Procurement, Recruitment & Training and Operations & Management.
